A water main break was causing problems across Bethlehem s southside on Monday, including at nearby Lehigh University and Wind Creek Casino. Crews are working to fix a 16-inch break near 3rd and Hayes streets. Nearby Lehigh University reported low to no water pressure on and off campus due to the break, and Northampton Community College s Fowler Center closed early because it had no water. Wind Creek Bethlehem also reported some impacts on the casino side, but no impacts for its hotel side. So far, there s no timeline for when water service will be fully restored.
